If you made a mistake, such as incorrect spelling of a name, incorrect sport, incorrect Mat color (Pink for a boy instead of Blue)or other incorrect personalization; you must RETURN the item at your expense and we will replace the item with a corrected one for a charge of 50% OFF the original Retail Price.
