- Can I have a different Color Hair for Friendly Folks Cartoons other than Black?We are currently adding the option of hair color to selected Friendly Folks Cartoons. There is an extra charge of 2.50 for each head that needs to be colorized. Click here for more information
Contact us for availability of Hair Color if the cartoon you want does not have the option.
- What are Cookies and why do you need them activated to shop here?

- I can't seem to find the cartoon I want and I know you have it. What ways can I find it?
There are several ways to navigate and find your cartoon. You can enter the store and navigate the categories, use the category dropdown list which is on the home page and several others, or use the search engine which only searches this site. If you know the code number from our catalog, enter into the search field. You can enter any other term here. Try the singular and plural forms of the word. The links presented will take you directly to the order page.
- Can you make these cartoons with Dark Skin.
Yes, all cartoons can be made with Dark Skin Characters. However, any cartoon with multiple people, all people have to have the same color. Cartoons can not be made with some Light Skin and Some Dark Skin Characters in the same Cartoon.
- Why can't I type any more letters into a field?
The field lengths are based on the maximum number of characters and spaces that can fit in the space on the cartoon. If you only need one or two more letters and spaces, E-Mail us and we will see if it fits.
- You have an example of one variation of a cartoon, for example a male. I want to see what a couple or the female looks like. How can I do this?
Many of our cartoons have several versions. Most versions are identical except for some colors and clothing. If you need to see another version to decide. Simply send us your request (what cartoon and version) and we will send you a sample via E-Mail so you can see what it looks like.

- I am having trouble ordering. Can you help me?
Yes, send us an E-mail with your phone number and we will call you back within 24 hours and take your order over the phone.
- We would like a cartoon not shown on the website. Do you have any more.
We could. New cartoons come out all the time. There is sometimes a delay in posting them to the website.
Send us a request, and we will let you know if we have the cartoon.
- Can I use foreign Characters like,é and Ñ?
Yes you can! This is how: Holding down Alt and typing in the coresponding number (on the ten key pad only) will place the accented letter in the text box.
Alt 0225 = á Alt 0193 = Á
Alt 0233 = é Alt 0201 = É
Alt 0237 =í Alt 0205 = Í

Yes, just order
one of the cartoon, but in the Quantity box, put the entire amount
in. Place the order and send us an email with your name, order
number and the other personalization. This information can be sent
as a : Excel Spreadsheet, Access Database, Word Document or text
file. This way you get the total amount of charge including the
shipping and a receipt for the full amount. Prevents timeouts.

Problem: You have 10 teacher magnets
and 10 messy office prints and don't want to put each one on
website.
Solution: Do the first teacher
magnet and select 10 for the quantity. Do the first messy office
print and select 10 for the quantity. Complete order to get final
price and receipt. Send an email to us with the other information.
We will complete the order. Excel file is usually the easiest. You
have time to proofread your order off line.
NOTE: Need to Include: Personalization, Skin Tone, Version and
Matte Color (if applicable) in the file you send.
