Books of Love are hand molded, antiqued and lacquered
books. Books of Love are an old-fashioned way to express
the sentiments that are very often felt but left
unspoken. They are made from real books that have been
rescued from the "jaws" of the incinerator. They are then
subjected to nine separate processes and given a new life
in the form of this unique gift. Each step is done
entirely by hand and, as a result, no two books can ever be
exactly alike. Many of our verses and prints are created
EXCLUSIVELY for Judith Bond Productions by artist/poet
Judith Bond. Due to the handmade nature of our product,
subtle variations and irregularities are to be expected and
desired, only to add to the one-of-a-kind originality of
this singular and personal gift. Each book comes in a
gift box and with a wooden stand as shown in the
picture.
