We started making soaps 25 years ago for our son Aaron Taylor. As a baby, he could not tolerate any of the bath products on the market. His skin would turn red with white spots. As a result, Gary decided to try making our own soap for him. Many recipies were still too harsh, so he developed his own process for a pure, natural and kind soap for him. The results were amazing! WE HAVE NEVER CUT CORNERS WITH OUR RECIPES. Our soaps and crèmes are still created with only edible ingredients and can still be used on newborns. We NEVER USE: | » Parabens | » Alcohols | » Sodium Laurel Sulfate | » Artificial Dyes | » Synthetic chemicals or Foaming agents | » Artificial or Fragrance quality essential oils | » Coconut oil, palm kernel oil (they sound nice and are natural but when they are turned into soap can be disastrous for those with dermatitis). | » Animal by-products.We use only cow's milk, goat's milk, honey and beeswax which are clearly labeled. | We DO USE: | » Olive and soy as our base (for over 25 years!). We use only edible ingredients in all of our products. | » The finest and purest TRUE essential oils (at the time of this writing, sandalwood is over $1,200/lb.) | » PEOPLE! Our products are handmade in small batches by Gary in Minetto, NY (a short drive from Lake Ontario) then our products are hand cut, hand wrapped, hand labeled and hand shipped by our wonderful staff. |
